In-Store Policy

Furniture may be returned with 30 days of receipt date for full credit if product is in new condition and in the carton as it was received. Once the furniture has been built, we can not take it back. Payments by check will be refunded by check 10 days after purchase. Assembly and Delivery fees are non-refundable. $25 fee for all bounced checks. Thank You for shopping at Furniture Outfitters! Special orders and Wood Trac by Sauder will have 25% restocking fee associated with any returns.

Shipping Terms (on-line orders)

Sauder furniture will ship UPS or LTL (LTL items are identified in the Cart). UPS will leave the item(s) at the residence without a signature. Residential Truck Delivery(LTL) – A preferred carrier will call resident and set a window for delivery (i.e. 1:00 to 3:00PM). Resident must be available at time of delivery to sign for receipt of goods and unload product. The carrier will bring the product to the back of their trailer (tailgate delivery). The resident is responsible to unload and have extra help to unload, if necessary. Failure to arrange for unloading may result in non-delivery or reduced refund should product be returned.

Return Policy (on-line orders)

Every effort has been made to ensure that your furniture arrives in excellent condition. If you have a damaged or missing part, or if you need assembly assistance, contact the Sauder Customer Service Department: 1.800.523.3987 or info@sauder.com. If for any reason you decide not to assemble this product, contact the Customer Service Department to arrange a return within 7 days of receipt for credit consideration. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received. All paperwork should be included with your return to insure a prompt and accurate credit. The credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited upon receipt and inspection. Any credit will be less both the original and return shipping charges. Note the return shipping charge may be different than the original shipping charge. If shipping charges exceed the return credit, no return credit will be available. If delivery of the furniture has been refused due to damage during transit, please contact Customer Service immediately to arrange replacement or credit.

Cancellation Policy (on-line orders)

We start to process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
